Oklahoma City – An Oklahoma man was charged with murder after allegedly giving his stepfather an “atomic wedgie.” As reported by Reuters, Brad Lee Davis, 33, stands accused in the death of 58-year-old Denver St. Clair whom he allegedly got into a fight with and caused him to suffocate.
According to an affidavit, Davis “grabbed St. Clair’s underwear and gave him an ‘atomic wedgie.’ Davis allegedly pulled the elastic waistband of St. Clair’s underwear over his head and around his neck.”
The death was ruled to have been caused by asphyxiation and blunt force trauma according to Oklahoma Medical Examiner spokeswoman Amy Elliott.
As noted in the report, Davis was being held without bond in Pottawatomie County.
