Rhode Island – A Massachusetts man was charged last week after allegedly trespassing at a Rhode Island property belonging to country musician Taylor Swift. As reported by The Westerly Sun, Daniel P. Cole was charged with disorderly conduct and willful trespass last week in connection with an incident in December involving him being escorted off of the property.

Police say Cole ignored warnings to stay away from the mansion in Watch Hill after first being questioned on Dec. 9 for blocking the driveway at the home. He was subsequently arrested after being found on the property again on Dec. 21.

Cole was taken to the police station and held for arraignment after the second incident. He appeared before a judge on Friday.
