Glendale, AZ – A Glendale father was arrested for child abuse after allegedly instructing one of his children to discipline his younger siblings. As reported by CBS5, Patrick Dunn Sr. was charged with aggravated assault and child abuse after his 7-year-old was treated for bruising and abrasions.
The 11-year-old brother of the victim reportedly told police that his father regularly told him to discipline his younger brother physically according to court documents. Dunn is quoted in court paperwork as telling police that he “works a lot” and “the older siblings are depended on to discipline the younger siblings.”
Dunn, 34, was booked into jail on Saturday.
