Nashville – Country musician and “The Voice” coach Blake Shelton recently addressed rumors that he and wife Miranda Lambert were on the verge of divorce. As reported by WebProNews, the star posted his discontent with media reports that alleged the pair was splitting up on Twitter.
Shelton is quoted as stating in the post, “Maybe because the divorce rate is so high the tabloids have just decided to play the odds with me and Miranda. Morons.”
Both Shelton and Lambert have denied ongoing divorce rumors over the course of their marriage.
Lambert sated of the media claims during a Billboard magazine interview earlier this year, “I think I’ve had like five sets of twins in the last two years, and we’ve been divorced four times, and one of us had a $100 million divorce.”
