Los Angeles – Ricki Lake and Christian Evans have reportedly split. As reported Radar Online, the couple has decided to end their marriage after two years.
An insider is quoted by Radar Online as stating of the pair, “They really did try to make it work… For the last couple of weeks, they attended several therapy sessions together.”
The insider further stated of what may have been a point of contention in their marriage, “She told him he had changed from the man she met and it’s true. He did change… Christian got into a horrible auto accident and for years was in a lot of physical pain. He is no longer in such pain and does not want to be in a marriage that is controlled by her money.”
Lake is mother to two children from a previous marriage and Evans has a 9-year-old son.
