Russia – A Russian weed company has purchased Ebola.com for over $200,000. As reported by WebProNews, former owner Jon Schultz recently expressed being prepared to sell the site for $150,000, but made more on the sale than expected.
According to an SEC filing, Schultz’s company, Blue String Ventures, sold the domain to Weed Growth Fund for $50,000 in cash and 19,192 shares of stock in another weed company, Cannabis Sativa, Inc.
The stock shares are reportedly valued at $164,000.
As noted in the report, Cannabis Sativa, Inc. recently named former Governor of New Mexico Gary Johnson as it’s new CEO, which helped increase the price of the company’s stock.
