U.S. – Business oriented social network LinkedIn has acquired a million member posts since opening its publishing platform up to all U.S. members last year. As reported by WebProNews, the company states that members make an average of more than 40,000 posts each week.
As noted in the report, the company is set to open the platform up to other markets, giving accessibility to its members in all English speaking countries.
LinkedIn’s Akshay Kothari is quoted as stating of the service, “Posting on LinkedIn is a powerful way for members to underscore their expertise in their respective fields, extend their professional reputations beyond LinkedIn, and have valuable conversations with the largest group of engaged professionals ever assembled.”
