Los Angeles – A Southern California high school teacher recently committed suicide on the campus of her school. As reported by WebProNews, the body of Jillian Jacobson was found by her students after she hanged herself in her classroom.
Two teachers cut down Jacobson’s body and attempted to revive her after she was found.
Jacobson, 31, was stated to have been a well-liked photography teacher at El Dorado High School, where she reportedly had been working since 2008. The school dismissed students for the day and made counselors available to students and members of the faculty.
A number of students have paid tribute to the teacher on social media since her death.
