Los Angeles – Actress Demi Moore recently discovered she had been robbed of $200,000 worth of personal property after a storage unit containing her belongings was burglarized. According to Us Weekly, the theft was reported by Moore’s personal assistant who discovered the items missing and reported the incident to authorities.
Moore reportedly had not checked the unit in several months, and it is unknown exactly when the burglary took place. No signs of forced entry into the storage had been shown TMZ reported early on. The LAPD is investigating the incident.
The news comes as the daughter of Moore, 52, Rumor Willis, continues to progress on the popular dancing competition show Dancing With the Stars.
Moore told Us Weekly of her daughter, “It is thrilling!…I am so proud of her and excited for people to be seeing what I have seen since she was a little girl. She is incredibly talented, and I love seeing her light shine!”
