Located in the Heart of Macomb County in what is known as the “Bath City of America,” once famous around the world for its powerful healing, Cityoga Room is an experience “where every class feels like a private session” and, once again, offers powerful healing.
Cityoga Room is for those in the community who are seeking smaller, more private class sessions along with well-being, strength, fitness, awareness, and awakening. It is a place to look within one’s self through renewal of the mind, body, and spirit. Cityoga Room is a warm and welcoming place with positive energy and movement. It is a place of rejuvenation, revitalization, balance, grounding, and unity.
Conveniently located near Downtown Mount Clemens, Cityoga Room offers a variety of yoga class styles for all levels, including yoga flow, hot vinyasa, beginner’s yoga, karma yoga, yin yoga, kid’s yoga, and parent–child and yin gong yoga. In addition to classes, Cityoga Room offers a variety of yoga workshops and private one-on-one sessions.
