On the heels of a very successful Pitch Day, REVTECH is expanding its seed accelerator program at the Dallas Entrepreneur Center (The DEC) to include an Entrepreneur–in-Residence program specifically for developers of innovative technologies for the retail industry. Selected applicants will receive complementary workspace in a startup environment that provides frequent interaction with mentors, investors, students, and retail operators, as well as a bevvy of benefits afforded by a membership to the DEC.
“We are committed to championing the restaurant and retail innovation that Dallas is the hub for. Now, we extend that commitment to have a year-round presence within the community, by fostering the creation of fundable projects in our market” said David Matthews, managing partner of REVTECH Accelerator.
The terms of the program are simple: selected applicants will receive complementary workspace and benefits for up to 12 months in exchange for up to 40 hours of consulting services to the REVTECH Community. Requests from REVTECH mentors, corporate partners, sponsors, and alumni, will be allocated based upon EIRs’ relevant domain expertise.
The REVTECH Entrepreneur –in- Residence program will have an initial capacity of 4 persons, but is expected to grow to 12 persons by the end of 2015. Applications are being accepted now at http://www.revtechaccelerator.com/eir/
