Following a banner year of growth and its 10-year anniversary, Illumination Research, a global market research and consulting firm, hired Maggie Paulus as Director of Client Services. Maggie brings 10+ years of industry experience in insights, strategy, and innovation from the brand and design agency side.

Maggie gained her experience through a variety of roles at Interbrand and LPK leading pipeline innovation initiatives and creating consumer-informed brand strategies for global consumer goods clients. In addition to working with the worlds’ largest brands, she also gained invaluable experience as a partner agency with The Brandery, a Cincinnati-based accelerator, to develop brands for some of the newest tech start-ups.

In her new role at Illumination, Maggie will partner with a range of new and existing clients to provide expertise in leading research and ideation sessions that tap into authentic, in-the-moment consumer insights.

Maggie has her BA in Architecture from Miami University and her MSD with a focus in Industrial Design from Arizona State University. She participated in the Cincinnati USA Chamber of Commerce C-Change program and graduated as a member of Class 10 in 2015.
