August 18,2010 – Beijing, China — My Decker Capital has completed a USD $40 Million private equity investment in Beijing New Cooperation Supermarket Chain Company (NCSN). The investment was made by My Decker Capital China Fund I.
NCSN operates hypermarkets, supermarkets and convenience stores across China. My Decker Capital’s investment will allow NCSN to continue to
expand while preparing for its IPO.
NCSN’s controlling shareholder is All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives which is an Chinese government entity directly managed by the Chinese State Council. NCSN has an annual sales of over USD $500 Million and is a leading retail chain in China.
