RPost Electronic Contract Execution Service Improves Efficiency And Savings

LOS ANGELES, CA – June 10, 2009 /PRAvenueNW/ — RPost(R), the leader in value-added outbound messaging with its flagship Registered E-mail(R) delivery proof and eSignOff(TM) electronic contract execution services, announces a Cox Business report that their use of RPost’s eSignoff service has significantly cut down on paper and shortened the sales cycle. Cox initially announced that it was deploying the RPost service one year ago. RPost’s Patented eSignOff(TM) Electronic Contract Execution Service is a Very Low Cost Tool for Applying Electronic Signatures to Contracts to Speed Deal Closure, Cut Cost, Eliminate Paper, and Preserve Certified Sign-off Records.

Cox’s use of RPost’s eSignOff(TM) service is part of a larger “green”
initiative called the Cox Conserves campaign, and successfully eliminated 50,000 pieces of paper in one quarter alone. The service has also improved the customer experience by providing a simple alternative to hand signatures and fax machines. “We have experienced exceptional benefits from using RPost’s solution for electronic contracts,” states Dan Hoffman, director of technical operations for Cox Business. “Previously, our customers would print out a faxed copy of their contract, sign it by hand and then fax it back to their sales rep. The process took days and was difficult for us to track. Now our sales reps and customers can talk through contracts and agree to terms while they are on the phone, without even having to leave their desks. The service has significantly reduced our time to sale, and we now have signed contracts in five to ten minutes instead of three to five days.”

RPost’s eSignOff(TM) service enables a signoff-by-email capability with an evidentiary record of the signoff provided to both parties that has evidential weight equal to “wet-ink” signatures on contracts- eliminating the print/sign/scan/fax/mail signoff process. The service does not require sender or recipient to visit any special websites to read or execute contracts. In addition to electronic contracting services, RPost offers other on-demand features that help users reduce e-discovery cost, send Registered E-mail(R) messages to prove legal delivery and content for e-mail, minimizing overall e-mail volume stored, and cut operational costs by replacing expensive couriers with e-mail where contracts or regulations require proof of notice.

“We are pleased with the strong results that Cox Business has reported after one year of deploying RPost’s service, and look forward to providing even greater savings in the future,” commented Zafar Khan, CEO of RPost. “Customer retention is crucial in today”s economic climate, and RPost’s eSignOff(TM) service is a proven tool that helps leading companies demonstrate innovation and improve client satisfaction.”
