Anne Rice Takes a Bite Out of Video Books
February 10, 2010 /EIN PRESSWIRE/ Anne Rice will dip into the video book market after agreeing to a multimedia version of “The Master of Rampling Gate,” a vampire story published in Redbook magazine in 1984.
The author of bestsellers “Interview with a Vampire” and “The Vampire Lestat” will hand the reigns of “The Master of Rampling Gate,” over to Vook, a video book company that has produced multimedia versions of Simon & Schuster and HarperStudio books.
Video books, or vooks, integrate text, video and social networking into a multimedia experience.
