Los Angeles – Kris Humphries failed to show up at a divorce hearing Friday; however, his estranged wife Kim Kardashian reportedly showed up early. As reported by ABC News Blogs, an Order to Show Cause motion was set by the court following his failed appearance to determine whether sanctions would be imposed.
The sanctions hearing is set for April 19.
Kardashian, 32, is currently pregnant with her first child with boyfriend Kanye West. She confirmed that she filed for divorce from Humphries 72 days after their televised Aug. 20, 2011 wedding.
A trial date has been set for May 6.
